Case Study: Arriva

ACROBAT Consulting & Marketing was employed to devise a marketing strategy for the launch of a new quality bus partnership for Telford & Wrekin Council and operator, Arriva.

Initially, much desk-based research was analysed – and benchmarking against similar targets undertaken to facilitate the coherent marketing action plans that were prepared.

Addressing the aspirations was no mean feat but the Clients reported: "The results have more than lived up to our joint expectations with both overall patronage and modal shift figures surpassing our twelve month targets within the first four months of operation".

The Project was nominated in the Bus Industry Awards for a Marketing Initiative Award (Local Authority/Joint) and given recognition as Highly Commended status.
