“We first heard of you through BNI and made the decision to purchase a property in Turkey after trying without success to buy a place in Greece. From our first meeting at Manchester Airport we felt comfy in your company and we were explained the procedure of the discovery trip in great detail which we fully understood. When we arrived in Turkey the accommodation, which you arranged for us, was first class (well you couldn't ask for more than a hotel to yourself) and so was the weather. When we met Ali and Hasan we never thought we could like people so instantly, which we did with them, and we felt totally at ease and under no pressure whatsoever. But the icing on the cake was when we first saw the Turkish villa, which we intended to buy. It was amazing and the pictures we had already seen of the property did not do it justice. We both fell in love with it straight away, and knew it was the place for us. We couldn't ask for any decisions to be done any quicker, like the answer for the cost of the building work which we wanted doing. Not many builders could give you a price 2 hours after seeing the alterations we wanted doing, and the price for the work was most reasonable too. Your kindness and efficiency didn't stop on our return. We are most grateful for everything you have done to make the purchase go as smoothly as possible, the trip back to Turkey you both had to do, arranging solicitors, trips to London - there are loads of things we could mention if we had the disc space on our computer. So there is only two more things we would like to say and that is THANK YOU.”
